Collaborative Intelligence Framework for Leadership Development.
See Overview below.
"Culture is to an organization as character is to an individual."
- Berger, 2017
In order to develop meaningful solutions to today's global problems, it is well documented that leaders from the public, private and civil sectors need to work together and optimize each of their skills, knowledge and resources. And many leaders have the best of intentions when they come together to solve complex societal problems. However, best of intentions do not always convert to the desired involvement, innovation and impact. In fact, even the best laid plans have failed due to egos, misguided assumptions, power plays, lack of communication and healthy discourse, and project fatigue. In order to succeed at moving intention to collective action, leaders need to have collaborative intelligence. Developing their collaborative intelligence will ensure that the sum of their parts leads to greater results and impact.
The Collaborative Intelligence Framework is a foundational roadmap for leadership development and to especially prepare leaders for multi-stakeholder engagements.
